VaxZine Workshop | Create Zines with OCA!

  • OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates 900 19th Street Northwest, 6th Floor Washington, DC, 20006 United States (map)

In celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates invites you to create zines and join us for our virtual VaxZINE Workshop!

Create physical zines (self-published books filled with text, images, and collages) with us on Zoom as we discuss the ways in which the AANHPI community has formed solidarity throughout the pandemic, along with ways in which we can uplift each other as we slowly emerge out of a post-pandemic world.

Participants are encouraged, but not required, to create a physical zine that showcases how they have found community and healing throughout the pandemic.
