We offer scholarships for graduating high school seniors, rising college seniors, and students pursuing a Masters in Public Administration.
Current Scholarships
OCA-UPS® Gold Mountain Scholarship for Graduating High School Seniors
The scholarship awards $2,000 to first-gen high school seniors who will be attending college/university in the fall.
OCA-UPS® Gold Mountain Scholarship for Rising College Seniors
The scholarship awards $2,500 to first-gen undergraduate/community college students who will be starting their final year for the upcoming Fall Term.
S.Y. & S.F. Fung Public Service Scholarship Fund
The scholarship awards $2,000 to one student pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Administration and who intends to pursue a career in public service.
Previous Scholarships
OCA Creative Arts Scholarship
Students who’ve participated in an OCA National youth program between 2019 and 2023 are eligible to receive a full-ride scholarship to attend the 2023 OCA National Convention by submitting creative works to OCA’s IMAGE Magazine.
Olga May Wong Memorial Public Service Scholarship
This scholarship awards $2,000 to one college student with an unpaid internship at a government office, locally or federally, in the U.S.
Spectrum Scholars
Spectrum Scholars awards qualified rising college juniors with financial need $20,000 in scholarships over their junior and senior year. Selected Scholars will participate in a structured, two-year program focusing on professional development and a potential career at Charter. Students will also receive a professional career mentor and opportunity to explore an internship at Charter.
