In response to the increased rise of Anti-Asian/American, xenophobic harassment, and anti-hate towards marginalized communities of color, OCA is providing educational and awareness tools to combat these types of systemic oppression. This workshop is a free, 1.25 - hour (1 hour 15 minute), interactive training to teach people how to understand and recognize what microaggressions are and what we can do about them especially in the workplace. At the end of the workshop, each participant will leave with resources to strategize what actions to take in the case of workplace microaggressions. Pre-registration is required for this 1.5 hour training via Zoom.
