Welcome to the Women of Color Conference, hosted by The Center for Asian Pacific American Women and OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates.

• Since the start of the pandemic, we know the impact to Women of Color is disproportionate in many facets in our society.

• There is tremendous pressure on Women of Color, including unpaid work of taking care of children, elder care and other responsibilities, where women have had to step-back from there jobs/careers.

• The theme of this year’s conference is Women Rise: Seize the Opportunity - Dare, Dream and Hope. We want to create opportunities to learn, connect and act to create a hopeful future.

• Representation matters and we want to share perspectives which will help each other to move forward.
