AAPI HISTORY WEBINAR SERIES - AAPI HATE CRIMES IN HISTORY: THEY’RE NOT NEW

OCA's first of four webinars in a series covering AAPI Hate Crimes in History.

Our first webinar will be covering the case of Vincent Chin, a 27 year-old Chinese American who was beaten by two white men on the night of June 19, 1982 and died four days later just days before his wedding. We will be going into depth of what happened, what our AAPI community did in response, why it matters, and what we can do today to support our fellow community members. Join us to educate yourself and be a part of our movement as AAPI advocates.
