Schedule (applicable to majority of sites):

• Saturday
• Breakfast served at 8:30 AM and training starts at 9:00 AM
• Lunch served in the early afternoon.
• Training ends at around 5 PM.
• Dinner/Reception starts immediately after the training at a location to be determined.
• Sunday
• This Session is not required.  
• Breakfast served at 8:30 AM and training starts at 9:00 AM
• Consulting Sessions for student leaders or participants looking to learn more or gain more insight from OCA and its facilitators.
• Training will end at around 12:00 PM

Suggestions

• All materials will be provided, but a notepad is recommended for taking notes.
• We understand your schedules are busy, so we respect your decision to leave. However, please be respectful of those who are staying by stepping out at an appropriate time and informing staff or facilitators about your needing to leave early.
• Please be respectful of those who choose to share personal/private stories. This will help ensure a safe environment.
• If you are disruptive during the training, OCA reserves the right to ask you to leave.
