The OCA-UPS® Gold Mountain Scholarship, established in 1999, supports first-generation Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) graduating high school seniors and rising college seniors pursuing higher education. Named after the vision of America as a "mountain of golden opportunities" for early Asian immigrants, the scholarship reflects the shared aspirations of students and their families.
